Herb Compound Butter

Butter, but make it fancy ✨ Compound butter is the quickest way to elevate your butter.
I added some of my garlic scapes and herbs into some softened butter, then molded it into these beautiful butter rounds. A little toast and garlic pesto on the side, and you have a tasty mini meal. 

🔸Unsalted butter
🔸Garlic scapes
🔸Sage
🔸Rosemary
🔸Red chili flakes
🔸Salt and pepper 

Roughly chop all herbs

Simply  melt the butter down and mix all the ingredients together. Mold it in a cylinder and keep it in the fridge
